AJ SAVES THE DAY....AGAIN!

This is the 2nd time this year that AJ saved his Dad Al from possible tragedy, alerting him to the presence of a Mojave rattle snake (the most deadly) on their property. Yes, he had been snake avoidance trained.

MARCH & JUNE 2015

Several of our dogs have protected their family from venemous snakes, some many times over, and all but one had been trained. We strongly recommend training right before spring as they're coming out earlier every year when the heat is on. This is particularly necessary with view fences or properties backing to or dogs hiking in the raw desert

MAY 2015

Peter had a profound impact on his adoptive family; they are still struggling with losing him early this year. They sent us this power point slide show which also features their adopted female Haley, Pete's BFF. Peter's ears seemed to have a 'mind of their own, sometimes ramrod erect and at others, blowing in the breeze..sort of like Pete's mercurial nature. Haley misses him but is doing well being the Queen.

MAY 2015

An update on Kani (formerly Sissy) from her adopters, "She has adopted the twins; she decided that watching over them and protecting them would be her job. It's truly amazing to watch her with them. The pictures do not do her justice. She literally plays with them; her patience is beyond extraordinary and though the twins are not allowed to play with Kani's food dish, when they do she lays nearby and watches them. We could never have dreamed of a better family member."
