Blackie

Hi - my name is Blackie (very original) and I am a wonderful, big 'young' guy with a lot of love to give. I still have plenty of puppy energy but also enjoy my nap time as these photos show! I love to play with other dogs and tend to be on the submissive side. I can get rambunctious at times so toddlers may not be the best for me just yet. When no one is home I get crated because I can be very inquisitive and love to check things out and see what I can find to carry around the house. I have been pretty good about not chewing anything in the house; ok maybe one thing. If there are stuffed animals around I will find them and play or just chew on my chew toys. I get so excited when we are getting ready to go out for a walk that I had to learn to sit by the front door and wait to get my leash on. Anyone need a wonderful running/hiking partner - if you do then I am your guy. I am completely housebroken . I just love sitting with everyone and giving tons of love. As far as my sleeping habits, well I would really love to sleep in bed with you but I know a bed on the floor is ok too! . I love my foster family but a 'forever' home of my own would be great. Don't forget - I am a total love bug and will shower you with kisses. I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on shots. An adoption fee applies.
