If you have lost your Husky, first check with your
local animal
shelters to see if it has been turned in. Then, if you still have not
located your dog,
send us
a picture and description so that we may post its information on our site in
hopes of reuniting it with you. If a Husky who you have adopted from
Polaris is lost, please call the hotline immediately (970.581.4365). If
your pet was wearing his/her rescue tag, we will likely receive a call from
whoever has found the lost dog. Pet Harbor
(www.petharbor.com) is
also useful resource worth checking out if you've lost your Siberian; this
site allows you to query information on the found pets in many local shelters
according to zip code.
If you have found a Husky, first check with your
local animal
shelters to see if the owner has reported it missing. Then

Sammy is very intelligent and very shy with a gentle spirit. He was feral for a
period of time before coming to live with us. He may be living on his own
around the lake at Lakeside Park in Denver and along the green belt that
runs behind it. It has been suggested that he might try to return to St. Mary's
Glacier where we once lived.

I know this is a long shot but our 5year old, spayed female escaped our yard in Greeley on Friday (4/9/2010).
Her name is Stella. Grey and white, blue eyes, had a pink collar. The picture attached is not recent. She has put on
a few pounds since this was taken. If you hear of any dogs that might fit her description, please call me at 970-405-4329.
Thanks for your time,
Steve
I recently lost my Siberian Husky in the vicinity of James Peak / St Mary's Glacier Trail head.
She's a 2-1/2 year old pure Siberian female, spayed, about 45lbs, gray and white coat, one blue
eye, one brown eye with a blue wedge. She was wearing a remote training collar at the time, no
other collar on. She was lost on Sunday May 17 2009.

We lost Capone on a hiking trip on Current Creek trail on the top Berthoud Pass 2 weeks ago.
We have been hiking and looking for him for past 2 weeks. We've called the Grand County and Clear
Creek shelters, the state and federal forest service, Police and Sheriff Office in Winter Park, CO
State Patrol and CO Dot. He does have his phone number and name on his web collar. He's a red and
white Siberian Husky with very light blue eyes. He's 9 years old and is very tall for the bred.
