Q. Is the dog I'm interested in still Available for Adoption?
A. New Day Rescue & Adoptions maintains Available Dog's Lisitngs & Site. The dogs' advertised status are up to date. Until a Forever Loving Family & Home is secured, we continue to accept applications for that dog.
Q. I want one of the dogs in the Fosters Needed AD. Are they available for Adoption?
A. This is an appeal for recruiting Rescue Volunteers & Fosters. The puppies pictured in the Fosters Needed AD are happily wagging their tails in their Forever Homes. They have all been Adopted.
Q. What does PENDING mean?
A. The dog has a PENDING adoption when an Approved to Adopt Applicant has reserved the dog for their adoption match. We do not accept applications for a dog marked PENDING.
Q. Is there more information on the dog I am interested in?
A. The first step for consideration is to submit an Adoption Aplication for Process & Review. If there is a potential match per your application's information, we will follow up further with you about the dog/s you are interested in.
Q. Can I see or meet a dog?
A. Dogs in our Foster Care Program are with Rescue Volunteer Foster Families - In and Out of State. When an Application is Approved and a potential pet match is determined - You may schedule to meet the dog in his/her Foster Home. When the Foster Home is long distance, an Approved Applicant will be given the opportunity to reserve the dog of their choice for their Adoption - New Day Rescue will oblige by arranging for the dog to transport to a local site for the Adopting Family to meet & finalize an Adoption.
Q. Why are Out of State dogs listed?
A. Over population is a grave problem in all areas of our country. We are fortunate for our local area's responsible pet owners providing health care & preventing unwanted pregnancies. Euthanasia of wonderful precious lives calls out to capable Animal Welfare Organizations - with many local Rescue & Shelters responding to their aid. We are one of these Rescues.
Q. How much is the Adoption Fee?
A. Adoption fee's range from $250 to $450 depending on the individual dog. Adoption Fees & Donations affords Veterinary Exams & Medical Care, Age Appropriate Heartworm 3DX/4DX Test, Age Appropriate Vaccinations, Spay/Neuter, Worming, Heartworm & Flea/Tick Preventatives, Health Certificate, and Professional Pet Transport. Other expenses include Food, Supplements, Treats, Toys, Collars & Leashes, Crates & Pens, Towels & Blankets, and Grooming Supplies.
Q. Why do I have to e-mail my application? Can I Fax, or Print & Post Mail my Adoption Application?
A. Applications must be e-mailed to enter into the system for our Adoption Coordinators to Review & Process.

Go to Edit and click 'Select All'.
Go to Edit (again) and select 'Copy'.
Compose new email: Put your cursor in the text box
Go to Edit and select 'Paste'.
Note that Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
You are welcome to compose a family introduction as well include any information you would like us to consider when reviewing your application.

Adoption Date, Time & Location will be assigned.
Your pup/dog will have Health Records: Please inquire for them before taking your dog home - Review it to help assure your Vet is aware of what your dog has received & what to follow up on. Please also allow your Vet to do a fecal, as although the pups are de-wormed, there is possible new hatchling cycles to address.

Dress casual to greet your dog in the play yard.
All dogs may water, feed, relieve, run, play..giving opportunity to settle from their long journey.
Allow your dog to ease into getting familiar with you: A gentle hand..on meeting.
Do not leash dogs in the play yard: Leashing is an unfair disadvantage where other dogs run free.
Ear cleaning, Nail trims, tidy will be available.
