Help Needed!

We really need volunteers in the South Florida area who would be willing to perform home visits for potential adoptive homes. If you are interested, please contact us at purebreedrescue@bellsouth.net.

Our featured dog...

Cricket is a young reddish-fawn female chihuahua. She is a super "clingy" little dog. Like any typical chihuahua, Cricket will act scared at first and ultimately love you to death. Her adoption fee is $175. Please carefully read our adoption process by clicking on the "How to Adopt" navigation link in the menu bar to the left.

All dogs adopted through Purebreed Rescue of South Florida are vaccinated (including Rabies), spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and parasites, and microchipped.

NOTE: We do NOT have a shelter location or facility where we keep our adoptable animals. Instead, they are spread around the South Florida area in foster homes. We will contact you to make an appointment if we feel your application is good match for the dog in which you are interested. Please understand we are volunteers with jobs and families and it can take time to get in touch if we have a pet whose personality and needs will fit well with your household.
