Please fill out this pet adoption application and sumbit it. A Purr-Fect Match volunteer will contact you to arrange a pre-adoption interview. There is an approval process and not applicants will be approved, as we are in search of the purr-fect match. We are looking forward to meeting you.

If your adoption is approved, there is a $100 adoption fee. Your adoption fee is 100% tax deductable and goes toward the care of our cats.

Purr-Fect Match Rescue, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, will not acceptor pay any financial claims made regarding the care, treatment or maintenance of the animal you are adopting. By submitting this form you hereby release and hold Purr-Fect Match Rescue, Inc., harmless for any and all claims, of an nature whatsoever, related to your adopted companion animal. I have read and understand the Release of Liability related to my newly adopted companion animal. If I have to return my new pet, I will return him/her to Purr-Fect Match and not to the Humane Society or Animal Control. Please understand, however, that pets have feelings and emotions, too. It takes time to get used to a new pet parent and new home and often other animals. Please encourage your friends and neighbors to care for and place animals they find as the system is overrun.
