Donate to Support BCHS

Bond County Humane Society (BCHS) is a primarily volunteer organization operating solely on membership dues, donations, fundraisers and grants and receives no funding from city, county, state or federal governments, or any other private organization. We provide food, shelter, medical treatment and loving care until homeless animals can find their forever home. BCHS is an independent entity not financially affiliated with nor financially supported by Humane Society of the United States or any other humane society, organization, or entity. We need your direct local support to continue our efforts in helping the animals of Bond County, Illinois. Together we can all make a difference. BCHS is a no-kill animal shelter and an IRS approved 501(c)3 charitable organization so all donations are tax deductible in accordance with IRS guidelines.

One Time Giving & Monthly Giving

Make a one-time or recurring financial donation to Bond County Humane Society. Any amount, no matter how large or small, is deeply appreciated! Monthly giving provides reliable funds for recurring expenses (think utilities, payroll for highly qualified caregivers, animal-related expenses like medical supplies, special diets, etc.) that are often not covered by grants or restricted donations.

When you provide your personal information with your financial donation using the form above, we can easily send you a thank you letter for tax purposes!

Double Your Donation! Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Find out if your company has a matching gift policy before donating to Bond County Humane Society!

Host a Donation Drive

Some of our supporters enjoy engaging their own networks and planning events to collect supplies for us. Learning to give back is a valuable lesson for kids to learn early. Many of our young supporters have decided to use their own birthday celebrations as a way to give back to the community through donation drives. Our older supporters have hosted office party or school donation drives.
