Before adopting from us you will need to fill out an application. There are three ways to submit an application.
1. Print and fill out this application (PDF format, click here to get viewer) and bring it in or fax it to the shelter.
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org, copying and pasting this application into the email and filling it out.
3. Come in to the animal shelter and fill out an application.
Give us a call the next day and within hours you could be taking home your friend for life. We check with your vet for a reference and we also contact your landowner to be sure pets are allowed. We want to be sure that when the animals leave our care that they are going to a permanent, loving and responsible home. It is important that the needs of the animal match with what the applicant can provide.
When you adopt and animal from our shelter you will receive a voucher for a discount on the MANDATORY spay/neuter of your pet. While in our care our cats are vaccinated for upper respiratory and they are wormed. While in our care our dogs are vaccinated for parvo and bordatella, and they are wormed.
