Good morning Mr. Phelps....oooh, I've always wanted to say that line! Anyway, my name is Musya (pronounced moo-sa). I'm a beautiful tortoiseshell girl whose owner decided she didn't need me anymore once she got married. To top it off, her parents didn't want me either. So... I was sent to the MSPCA. I won't lie, it really hurt. I was very sad to leave my family, but the people here at the animal shelter made me feel right at home. Unfortunately, while I was here I got sick. The good part is that I got to go to a foster home and I really love my foster family a lot. I was diagnosed with diabetes, and I need an insulin shot every day in order to stay healthy, just like people with diabetes do. It's really not that big a deal. Even though I love my foster family, I really need to be the only animal in the house. So, I'm looking for a new home. Let me tell you a little about myself -- I'm a mellow girl who loves being brushed and petted (especially under my chin). Even though it can be hard for shelters to place animals like me who need a little extra care, the staff here all think I'm a special girl who deserves a second chance to find a permanent, loving home. Good looks, gentle disposition, wonderful personality. That's what you get. A loving family and a warm, cozy home with a place where I can sit and sun myself in a window and on the bed. That's what I'm hoping for. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide that family and home. Please contact the shelter for additional information about me, or to set up a time to come see me. Once you meet me, I'll bet it's impossible for you to leave without me! So, for more information or to arrange a meeting, send the shelter an email, at: methuen@mspca.org This page will self destruct in 5 seconds........ Ok, so it won't, but doesn't it sound dramatic? |
