SUMMER RAFFLE

Stop by the shelter and see our summer raffle items; a beautiful, orignal painting by Dianne Hooper, and a colorful print of the cover of the Grouse Society Spring 2014 issue by Chuck Rapper donated by Paul Brooke. Tickets are only one dollar each or you can get six tickets for five dollars.

RABIES CLINICS

Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Norway Fire Station, Beal Street, from 9-11 a.m. Rabies vaccinations $10. Micro chipping $25.

Bring your pet on leash or in a carrier. First come, first served. Please be prepared to wait. Bring proof of a previous rabies vaccination, if applicable and the vaccination will be good for 3 years.

TICKET AUCTION

Saturday, September 27 at the Oxford Comprehensive High School on Route 26 in S. Paris. Bidding from 5-6:30 p.m. Drawing begins at 6:30 p.m. Over 250 prizes to bid on. Food and beverage will be available for purchase.

LONGABERGER BASKET BINGO

Sunday, October 26 at the Norway Legion Hall on Main Street. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. Bingo begins at 12:30 p.m. Play bingo for prizes in beautiful Longaberger baskets. Two cover-all games, door prizes and raffles. Food available for purchase.

ADOPT A BUNNY

Adopt a bunny from Iron Moose farm located in Norway, ME. They rescue stray rabbits and currently have 30 rabbits that need homes. They do not breed their rabbits. For more information call Iron Moose Farms at 207 744-9444.

LOW COST FELINE NEUTER/SPAY CLINICS

The first and third Wednesday of each month at Well Point Veterinary Service, 86 Roberts Rd in Norway. Male cats are $30. Female cats are $50. A current rabies vaccine is required or one will be given to the cat at an additional charge. Call 207 743-6441 for more info or to reserve a spot.
