Our Featured Pets...DOOLITTLE & BABY GIRL

Picture of Doolittle and Baby Girl

Meet Doolittle and Baby Girl. They are best friends. Cats that are shy with people will often bond with another cats. Doolittle and Baby Girl are together in the Older Kitten Room and can be found napping in the same bed. They would be a great pair of cats for someone who wants to have double the fun.

Welcome

Hungry. Cold. Afraid. The abandoned cat searches for shelter. She has no person to care for her. She has no warm bed to rest in. She is alone.

She reaches out to a friendly face in search of comfort. Instead she is trapped.

If she lives in Oxford County, Maine she is lucky. She'll be brought to Responsible Pet Care and given a second chance for a happy life.

Responsible Pet Care is a no-kill, non-profit feline shelter and adoption center located in Norway, Maine. We provide a safe and comfortable environment for cats and kittens that have been abandoned or surrendered by their owners.

All of the cats and kittens in our care need permanent homes and are available for adoption.

AND NOW THERE IS MORE. Responsible Pet Care is the holding place for stray dogs for several towns in Oxford County that have contracted with us.

Please continue to browse our site. You will be surprised at what we do.
