Adoption Application Process:

  • Fill out the entire application below and hit "Submit" button when finished.

  • One of our volunteers will e-mail you or call you within 1-2 days to discuss your application further with you.

  • If our volunteer feels you are a good candidate to adopt a dog, arrangements will be made for you and your family to meet the dog.

  • Out-of-state adoptions will only be considered if the adoption applicant is willing to travel to meet and pick-up the pet (your application must be approved by us prior to making arrangements). We do not ship pets.
