| Happy Tails Rescue was founded in January 2005. We are an all volunteer non-profit 501(c)3 no-kill animal rescue organization. We work to find good, loving forever homes for the many homeless animals out there. Along with most rescue groups, we believe there is an enormous problem (not only in the state of Minnesota, but in our country) with pet overpopulation. We only adopt within 60 miles of the twin cities and do not adopt out of the state of Minnesota. Our adoption fees include the spay/neuter of our cats and dogs, current on vaccinations, tested for heartworm/feline leukemia/fiv and microchip of age appropriate dogs. We foster all of our animals and live with them in our homes as if they were our own companions. We can only help as many animals as we have foster homes for, so if you could open your home and hearts to just one animal, one time, that is one more life we can save... |
Chewy is currently being treated for Heartworm disease, Lymes disease and nasty ear infections. We rescued him from jail where he had been sitting miserably... Won't you help him on his road to recovery? Click here to sponsor Chewy. |

I also enjoy breakfast, dinner, to be brushed, choir practice with my doggie roommates!, naps on the couc ...read more
Hi, my name is Bentley and I'm a handsome, lovable, friendly, curious, intelligent young lad looking for my new forever home. I live with a couple of 70# dogs and honestly, I think I like them better than they like me. I have full run of the house with my own "apartment" that I can come and go anytime I like. I would probably get along with other cats, but I was tested positive for FIV. Don't let that scare you, humans can not catch it. It is transmitted by getting bit from another cat that has ...read more
