By selecting I AGREE and submitting this application, you agree and understand that you are an independent contractor volunteering. While the animal in your care belongs to S.T.I.C.K.S. Org. we cannot be held liable for any damage that the dog may cause while in your care.
You are responsible for the daily care (feeding, exercise, etc.) for the rescue dog for the period in which he/she remains in foster care in your home. You agree that at any time you are no longer to care for the foster dog in your care, you will immediately notify us so other arrangements can be made.
Although you will provide a foster home for the dog in need, you understand that all foster dogs belong to S.T.I.C.K.S. Org. and you may not re-home any animal without written permission from the Co-directors of the corporation.
