You can also meet some of our cats in person at PETSMART in Wayne, at the Westbelt Mall.
We are at PETSMART most Friday evenings, and Saturdays or Sundays.

B.A.S.S. Pre-adoption Form If you are interested in adopting a pet from B.A.S.S., please feel free to download the pre-adoption form and complete it before you come in to adopt.
Foster Care If you are a B.A.S.S. volunteer and you're interested in fostering one of the animals, complete this form and schedule an interview with a B.A.S.S. staff member.
Photo Release If you have a picture of the pet you adopted from B.A.S.S. and would like us to include it on our Web site, please send us the picture and this completed photo release, and we'd be happy to include your picture. Digital pictures can be emailed to: bass@bassshelterpets.org Prints can be mailed to B.A.S.S. at PO Box 24, Bloomingdale, NJ 07403.
