How do you adopt?

Start here and fill out an application.
And yes we know the form looks long but it helps us to process your application more efficiently and it only takes 5-10 minutes to fill it out. The love of a dog is worth 5-10 minutes, trust us!

1. Fill out an ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
                                                                             Make sure to save the file to your computer first!!

2. Email the file to: 911dogrescue@gmail.com

                           3. IF you are pre-approved, we will scheduled a Meet & Greet.
                              If you fall in love with the dog and are approved, you can bring the dog home that day!

The $150 Dog Adoption Fee Includes:
