The goal of HH4P, Inc. is to prevent the euthanasia of adoptable cats and dogs. To meet this goal we plan to build a strong network of affiliate shelters and rescues to balance populations, aid with transport of adoptable animals, help our affiliate shelters and rescues with spay/neuter campaigns and to help educate on responsible pet ownership. In the future we hope to have our own vehicle so transport can be more efficient. Our current network of shelters and rescues exists in the following states: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin & Washington DC
