Due to aggressive stray dog incidents in our community CCAS policy is to issue a mandatory court citation to all dog owners whose dog has acted in an aggressive manner.

Implementing Procedures

CCAS will issue a mandatory court citation to all dog owners whose stray dog has acted in an aggressive manner: biting, charging, growling, barking, or chasing people or animals.
