care for the homeless, to defend the abused, cherish the elderly and
disabled and to fight with unrelenting diligence for recognition of the

News
Recently we went to court on a neglect case dealing with a horse taken
from Joe Pete Wilson taken from the barkeater. We got a guilty verdict for a failure
to provide. If you have an opinion or any compent on this please send
a letter to the editor of the local newpaper.
We would also like to thank everyone who attended and helped with the recent
fundraiser. The money raised will help spay and neuter the shelter
animals. It will also go for feed and futher care of the animals at the shelter and farm.
Who We Are
Elmore SPCA is a small animal shelter handling animals
from several towns in Clinton County, NY. We are
doing our best to find homes for the many Dogs, cats
and various small animals who find their way here. We
also have several animals, who will remain in our care
permanently due to injury or illness that requires
specialized care and attention. We have "Gracie", who
after being hit by a car, was in a culvert for several
days. After being rescued by our shelter, we found
that she had no use of her back legs, and now requires
a wheelchair to walk. We have SENIOR & HOSPICE
programs that help these animals get the proper
attention they need. Your Donations would be greatly
appreciated as this is very costly. We also find homes
for animals over 8 years old, who's owners pass away,
or circumstances may vary. We have found some very
wonderful homes for our seniors!Just recently, a 15
year old poodle has been adopted!
