October 7th, 2005 - Delila came into our care as an extremely scared and nervous little cat. She would highly benefit from a special home where her owners can take the time to make her feel loved and safe. She has slowly come around and has shown great progress and she now allows her foster parent to gently touch her tail which is a wonderful start. Not all cats have the luxury of being properly socialized as is the case with Delila who appears to have been highly neglected her whole life. Please give cats like Delila a chance as well. The joy of knowing you helped a really needy cat through a tough time is very rewarding.
