A message from the Executive Director :

Celina Mesa founded Oregon Animal Care Center because of her determination to establish an organization that aids animals. Her lifetime of experience in caring for animals in need provides a solid background for the non-profit organization to be based upon. When asked why she is so compassionate about animals, Celina said, "these voiceless creatures experience bonding, companionship, pain and sorrow, just like people do. Who will be their voice? Who will stand up for the protection of animals and their habitat?" It was her dream; to one day create an organization that is the voice for all animals in our community.
