Our Adoptable Pet List

Who We Are

Shedd Border Collie Rescue is an independent dog rescue. We foster and then rehome Border Collies.
We also foster for Catahoula dog rescue.
The dogs we foster may be owner surrendered, rescued from local shelters or pulled from animal control facilities.
Our foster dogs live/sleep inside our home. They enjoy the outdoors at our farm-like setting here in Shedd Oregon. We're able to foster 2 or 3 dogs at a time.

If you need help with your Border Collie you are welcome to contact us. We do not guarantee being able to take your dog into rescue. Dogs coming into our home must be able to live with other dogs peacefully and will be evaluated before being accepted.

The adoption process generally starts with email contact followed by a phone interview. Generally a home visit will follow.

If you care to view more about our dogs and the joy of being a foster parent visit the Shedd Rescue blog at http://sheddrescue.blogspot.com
