ATTENTION ADOPTERS: Due to rising costs at the Post Office we will not be mailing out your vet checks unless requested. We are asking you download your vet check form here.
If you already had your vet out and completed your spring shots, please send a copy of the receipt to R.E.A.S.O.N. If you are able to scan your completed vet check form please feel free to email that to us. A fax number may also be available to fax your completed vet check please call Lisa at REASON or email us reasonequine@aol.com.
