Les adoptions de chats et de chiens se font directement à la SPCA.
Un conseiller aux adoptions sera présent pour vous renseigner sur l'animal de votre choix
et répondre à toutes vos questions concernant l'adoption. Pour plus de détails sur les adoptions d'animaux exotiques, consultez la section Adoption d'animaux exotiques. L'équipe Petfinder ne participe pas à l'adoption des l'animaux. Nous nous attachons aux animaux et nous vous serions très reconnaissants si vous pouviez nous écrire des nouvelles de l'animal que vous avez adopté (une photo serait appréciée) ! Adoptions of cats and dogs take place directly at the SPCA.
An adoption counsellor will be on location to give you more information about the animal
of your choice and to answer all your questions concerning adoption. For details about exotic animal adoptions, see the section named Exotic animal adoptions. The Petfinder Team does not participate in the adoption process of the animals. However, we do get attached to the animals and we would be grateful if you could send us some news of the animal you have adopted (a picture would be appreciated)! Even if the news come several months later. Write an e-mail to spcapetfinder@gmail.com and make the whole team happy. We are looking forward to hearing from you. Obtenir plus d'informations sur un animal Les informations qui suivent sont très importantes, car elles vous serviront à déterminer qui contacter, comment le faire et quelles informations donner. Voici les informations à nous fournir pour obtenir une réponse complète le plus rapidement possible :
Lorsque vous visitez la SPCA, un conseiller aux adoptions s'occupera personnellement de vous. Ces personnes répondront à toutes vos questions, vous conseilleront et vous informeront sur les animaux. Vous serez soignés aux petits oignons! Vérifiez les heures d'adoption et lisez nos conseils avant de vous déplacer à la SPCA. Si vous ne trouvez pas l'animal dans la salle d'adoption, il se peut qu'il ait déjà été adopté ou qu'il ait été déplacé dans une autre salle. Veuillez vous informer à la réception (date d'abandon et numéro interne) ou au superviseur. -- Communication par téléphone Le téléphone est pris en charge par l'équipe de la réception et le superviseur. Ces personnes peuvent vous renseigner en détail sur nos animaux et nos procédures. Nous recevons plusieurs appels par jour. Laissez-nous un message et nous y répondrons dans les meilleurs délais. -- Communication par courriel Les courriels sont lus et répondus par les équipes Petfinder. Ces bénévoles ont accès au minimum d'information et il est possible qu’ils ne puissent répondre à toutes vos questions. -- Animal en adoption La section "Pet Contact" du profil de l'animal contient les informations nécessaires pour communiquer par courriel ou par téléphone.
Un courriel est inscrit directement dans la description de ces animaux.

Getting more information about an animal The following information is very important as it will help you determine whom to contact, how to do it and which details to give. Here are the details you must give in order to receive a complete answer as quickly as possible:
When you visit the SPCA, an adoption counsellor will take care of you personnally. These individuals will answer all your questions, counsel you and give you information about the animals. You will be well taken care of! Check the adoption schedule and read our advice before you come to the SPCA. If you do not find the animal in the adoption room, it may have already been adopted already or moved to another room. Please ask at the front desk (date of abandonment and internal number in hand) or ask the supervisor. -- Contact by phone The telephone calls are handled by the reception team and the supervisor. These volunteers can give you detailed information about our animals and our procedures. We receive several calls per day. Leave us a message and we will answer it as soon as possible. -- Contact through e-mail The e-mails are read and answered by the Petfinder teams. These volunteers have access to a limited amount of information and will not be able to answer all your questions. -- Animal for adoption The section "Pet Contact" of the animal's profile contains the necessary information to communicate by e-mail or by phone.
An e-mail address is printed directly in the description of these animals.

Foster an Animal We urgently need responsible people to : - Keep one or more animals in your home for a short time - Provide all the care you would give a pet of your own - We provide food and veterinary care services for $5 for the animals you foster. The Foster Homes Program will provide answers to your questions and provide you with guidance in choosing the animal you will help.
