We rescue small dogs with big hearts! We are a volunteer group that helps primarily Boston Terriers, Boston mixes and other small dogs when resources permit. We have recently been selected to join the Purina Pro Plan 'Rally to Rescue'! Ambassadors. This is quite an honor and is only given to 500 rescues across the U.S. each year. We are so excited to become a part of the 2012 Rescue Ambassadors!

We will be holding events sponsored by Purina Pro Plan and hope you will come out and support us. Purina has some wonderful programs to include, Pets for People, Pets for Seniors and donating more than $10 million in food for shelters and rescues, this year alone!

It's easy to see why we would support this very important community support from our Sponsers at Purina. Please look for us at our events with our Purina Ambassador Rally to Rescue promotions. We will be selling some great looking T-shirts for donations and spreading information about Purina Pro Plan programs and Friends of Homeless Animals partnership. When you adopt through us, you will receive a packet of information and coupons from Purina.

We are so excited to announce, we have a new volunteer who is creating a 'Friends of Homeless Animals Blog! It is now under construction, but we hope you look forward to seeing our new blog when it is up and running.

We will carry adoption stories, rescues, hints and tips for your family companion and much, much more! We want to thank our volunteer, Meganne Fabrega for this wonderful project she took on! This will be our first blog and we look forward to some exciting feedback from our network of friends and volunteers!
