Good things often don't happen overnight!!

Corgis and Friends of Walmarsh has a few coming into our Foster program on a limited basis.  We encourage you to look at the many pems we have placed thru the years under "Happy Endings". We have placed over 300 dogs since 2004!

o. Word Format: CFW Application (word)
o. PDF Format: CFW Application (pdf)

Please send your completed CFW application to our Adoption Coordinator,
Edith Stull at aLove4Dogs@outlook.com.

Many of our listings are courtesy listing for the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Rescue League (PWCRL) in Atlanta, GA and they have their own application process. Any dog that is being offered by the PWCRL will have a note in their PetFinder description. To apply for a dog from the Pembroke Corgi Rescue League of Atlanta, please download and complete their application:  PWCRL Application.  Send your completed PWCRL application to Jody Allgood, Rescue Chair at allgoodm@mindspring.com.
**For more information about PWCRL, please go to http://www.gacorgiclub.org.

Our adoption process includes an application, an interview, vet reference checks and possibly a home visit. Filling out the application does not Guarantee adoption. We place our dogs with the people who best match their needs.

Adoption Fees
Our adoption fees vary depending on the specific dog, their age, health and medical costs involved before placement. All of our dogs have been spayed or neutered, have basic shots, been heartworm tested and are on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventative medication.

If a pet is returned within 30 days, the entire adoption fee will be refunded. If you adopt from us, we will take that pet back at any time, for the duration of the pet's live, should you become unable to care for it.
