Our precious dogs need your help!

Belle is an eight year old rat terrier female who has very bad knees. Her owner sent her to Memphis with a relative who works at Magnolia Kennels and requested she be euthanized. Belle is such a petite precious dog and 8 yo is not old for a small dog. We immediately took responsibility for Belle. She is currently on joint supplements and anti inflammatory meds so that she can bear weight on the joints.

She is a candidate for knee surgey and we would like to repair her worst knee. This requires a specialist and the cost is around $600.

Dixie is a senior female flat coat retriever whose owners surrendered her at the Memphis Animal Shelter.  A Good Dog Rescue volunteer was immediately smitten by her situation. After she was in foster care, it was noticed Dixie has huge growths inside her ear canals  that are blocking her ear opening. We can’t even clean her ears. She needs repeated laser treatments to reduce the growth size so these tumors can be removed surgically. This will require maintenance but should be much easier for Dixie.

Repeated laser treatments will be $300-$500 and surgery cost of $800-$1000.
