We understand that adoption fees are non-refundable. We agree to treat the pet as a member of our family and to provide a safe environement. We acknowledge that pets require annual vet visits, vaccinations, and additional medical attention as required for illnesses, accidents, dental care, etc. We have been informed and acknowledge this pet is a rescue case. The pets previous health history may not be known or accurate. We will not hold One Step Closer to Home or Jill Joyner responsible for any consequent vet bills.
