About Us
FureverFriends, Inc. is an animal rescue organization founded in 1995 by experienced animal welfare volunteers who wanted to work with local animal shelters, veterinarians, and the community to find homes for unwanted and abandoned animals.
Furever Friends is not a shelter, but a group of volunteers who foster animals in their homes until permanent homes can be found. Foster animals are brought to the Petsmart in Southlake each weekend and all of our available animals can be found on our website at http://members.petfinder.com/~TX118/. All animals stay in our program until suitable homes can be found. No adoptable animal is ever euthanized because a permanent home could not be found.
Furever Friends, Inc. is a nonprofit, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization run solely by volunteers. We have no paid staff and all moneys raised through donations, fund raisers, and adoptions are used for the care of Furever Friends' animals.
