Plan Veterinary List

The following is a list of Veterinary Clinics who will perform a free health exam and any medical procedures authorized by Furever friends at no additional charge to you. Please call the clinic of your choice to schedule your appointment by the dates indicated on your medical authorization form. Let the clinic know you have adopted an animal from Furever Friends, and be sure to bring your medical authorization form to your appointment. Without the medical authorization form services cannot be rendered. If you cannot have the authorized services performed by the scheduled date, please call us as soon as possible: 817-361-7205.

If you choose to have other veterinary services performed which have not been authorized by Furever Friends or if you do not use one of our Plan Veterinary Clinics, you will incur the additional costs.
