Please help Chopper, he is a 12 week old Chihuahua puppy dumped in a kill shelter with one of the most serious cases of mange I have ever seen. His treatment will take many months and will be extremely costly.

He has almost no hair and is covered in painful sores. He is the sweetest dog and just wants to be loved and be healthy. He likes playing with toys and cuddling up close. We got him all kinds of new sweaters to keep him warm in the A/C.
