CHS Featured Pet: Maggie
Maggie the Sylvester Supervisor likes to monitor her surroundings from a high vantage point. Her long, black and white tuxedo fur gives her a regal air as she looks down upon her subjects. She won't grovel for your affections; instead, she'll wait patiently for your attention and then drink up any pats, rubs, and chin scratches that you dignifiedly display. She weighs a respectable 12 lbs, and she is only 4 years old. Just mature enough to get those annoying, petty, bourgeois teenage years behind her saving the best years for you to enjoy together. She came to the Cache Humane Society when her human friends could, regrettably, no longer care for her. While she was naturally reluctant to join the peasantry of the other cats who share the same foster home, she has settled in well and resumed her supervisory duties from atop the highest point inside the house. She also tolerates her canine friends, and would enjoy overseeing children and other cats, too.
If you are interested in making Maggie a part of your family, her adoption fee is $50, which includes her vaccinations and spay.
She is currently the featured pet of the Cache Humane Society and will soon be at the Logan Petsmart (1050 N. Main) in the cat adoption area, if you'd like to stop by and make her acquaintance.
To adopt, you can also contact Paul @ (435) 752-3171 or email him at paul.mueller@cachehumane.org for more information.
